Book Design & Branding for Authors
Every book project is different—some need a bold cover to stand out on shelves, others need clean, professional interior layout for eBooks or print. I offer custom cover design, interior formatting, typography selection, back cover layout, and social-ready graphics to help you market your book with confidence. My process is collaborative, intuitive, and deeply intentional.
Smoothies for the Seven Chakras
Smoothies for the Seven Chakras is a vibrant, soul-aligned eBook crafted to guide readers through the art of chakra nourishment with intentional smoothie recipes, affirmations, rituals, and crystal pairings. This project showcases clean, modern layouts infused with soft color palettes to reflect each chakra while maintaining an airy, engaging reading experience. Each page was designed for visual flow, ensuring the recipes are easy to follow while maintaining a high-end, lifestyle feel. The project included layout design, typography selection, color story alignment, and brand-consistent graphic assets to create a cohesive, elevated digital product ready for both online sale and social media promotion.
The Healing Symbols of Dreams
The Healing Symbols of Dreams is a digital eBook designed with an ethereal, dreamlike aesthetic. I designed the cover to capture the dreamy, introspective tone of the content—using gentle color palettes, layered textures, and light, airy typography to evoke a sense of calm and spiritual reflection. I carefully selected all imagery to align with the client’s vision—choosing soft, atmospheric visuals that bring a sense of calm and flow to the layout. These visuals serve to gently break up the text and enhance the immersive quality of the reading experience. The book was formatted for eReader compatibility and optimized for online distribution, ensuring both functionality and beauty across digital platforms.
A Whisper in the Hurricane
A Whisper in the Hurricane was produced in both hardcover (featuring a custom-designed dust jacket) and softcover formats. The cover design was based on image-ready artwork provided by the client, which I carefully adapted—refining composition, color balance, and layout to create a compelling, market-ready design. I also took a handmade sketch the client had drawn and transformed it into a clean, digitized symbol that became a central visual element of the book.
Beyond the book itself, I created the client’s logo and developed a fully branded website and integrated storefront, providing a cohesive digital presence and a professional platform for book sales. Every visual touchpoint—from print to digital—was aligned to support the message and mood of the work. The overall branding reflects the emotional depth and literary style of the title, ensuring a unified experience across print and digital media.
The Imperfect Back Book
Commissioned by two clients, The Imperfect Back Book was designed to be both informative and visually engaging as the authors shared their personal journeys through back surgery and recovery. One author’s love for the color orange inspired the palette, while a subtle dotted line detail was woven across the top of each page to add texture and movement. Carefully selected stock photography elevated the professional tone of the book, creating a warm, approachable, and polished final piece.
Healing Cats: A Holistic Approach to Wellness

Packed with holistic healing tips, DIY remedies, and nourishing recipes, the design features an abundance of heartwarming cat photography to keep readers engaged.
